Top 10 Causes Of A Small Ejaculation

Top 10 Causes Of A Small Ejaculation

———————————–

Increase your testosterone level and your ejaculation size today….

-

A quick note before we start - one of the big factors in increasing your ejaculation size is increasing your testosterone levels.  To that end, I have brought together a list of the Top 10 Causes Of A Small Ejaculation so that you can eliminate any bad habits you might have and take the first step in increasing your ejaculation size.

(Also, for those who might be worried that increased testosterone levels might mean increased anger or a higher propensity towards violent behavior, researchers have shown that men with LOWER testosterone levels are actually more violent and angry than men with higher testosterone levels. People falsely associate high testosterone levels with violence because of steroids, but steroids do a lot more than just raise your testosterone - they also play havoc with your mood swings, which many believe is the real reason guys on streroids are so volatile…or maybe it’s just because their balls are shrinking ;-) I guess we will never truly know!)

10. Lack of sunshine

Quick…drop what you’re doing and go outside and play in the sun!

Why?

Because researchers have discovered that a lack of sunshine causes a whole host of problems, including a drop in the production of testosterone. Definitely not a good thing for us guys.

Getting sunlight isn’t the whole answer though…it also matters WHERE you get it. Leading researchers say that exposing as MUCH of your body to the sun as possible is important. For those of us looking to increases testosterone, you should expose your chest, back, and…..genitals! Just start out slow and work your way up to sunbathing nude, because it is very easy to get sunburned and believe me, a sunburned scrotum is the LAST thing you ever want to experience!

9. Depression

Scientists are still out on the relationship between depression and testosterone levels. Some scientists argue that depression causes the body to produce less testosterone, while others argue that low testosterone actually causes depression. Whether or not we’ll actually ever figure out what causes what is a mystery, but what’s not a mystery is this: your mood affects your body.

That means that whether or not low testosterone causes depression, staying depressed is a great way to keep your testosterone low. A positive attitude, self-confidence, and a optimistic outlook on life are all great ways to boost testosterone levels.

Don’t let your thoughts kill your testosterone…

8. Vitamin and Mineral Deficiency

Most guys don’t think that vitamins and minerals have much to do with testosterone production, but they actually play a huge part…in fact, some of them are even required to produce testosterone!

So which ones do you need to take?

Well, I could give you a list of ten or fifteen different vitamins and minerals you CAN take, but let me make this simple and just give you three letters - ZMA.

ZMA is a testosterone booster that contains three very important vitamins and minerals - Zinc, Magnesium aspartarte, and Vitamins B6 - all of which are very important to the production of testosterone. You can find ZMA at any online drugstore or at your local GNC.

Another quality pill to take is Volume Pills, one of the pills reviewed on this site. Hundreds of testimonials have poured in to the Volume Pills headquarters on how Volume Pills has helped renew a failing love life, or just given men that little something extra when they cum. Normally I don’t place too much stock on testimonials, but the sheer number of testimonials and the incredibly long 6 month guarantee actually made me curious enough to try it, and I will simply say it is worth it. I will be publishing my testimonial in the near future, but for now just know that I wholeheartedly endorse Volume Pills.

7. Age

There is only one testosterone killer on this list that no one can escape and it is….age.

It is a well-known and well-documented, albeit unfortunate, fact of life that the older you get, the more testosterone you lose. Starting at around the age of 40, men start to lose an average of one percent of their testosterone each year, and poor diet and lack of exercise can cause this number to be even higher.

While there’s nothing you can do to stop Father Time from stealing your testosterone, you can control how MUCH he gets by staying active as you get older, and avoiding the other nine testosterone killers mentioned in this article.

6. Alcohol

This is perhaps one of the most common testosterone killers and yet, as common as this knowledge is, I still see plenty of “bodybuilders” and “Don Juans” getting wasted on Friday, Saturday, and sometimes even Sunday night.

Fact is, even though most guys know this one, it’s a whole lot easier read than done. But research has shown that if you really want to increase your testosterone, you’ll cut back on the alcohol. That doesn’t mean you have to be the “Designated Driver” every night, but you should limit yourself to 2 or 3 drinks at the most.

5. Obesity

Obesity is a nationwide epidemic…and it’s growing bigger every year… (pun intended)

Case in point, statistics just released by the Center for Disease Control (CDC), found that obesity increased in EVERY single state last year. Not one state saw a decrease in obesity, and the “leanest” state in the Union right now, Colorado, has an obesity rate of 18.4% - that’s nearly 1 in 5! One out of every five people in Colorado is obese, and they are the most “in shape” state in the whole United States…sobering statistics, aren’t they?

So how does obesity affect you and your testosterone levels?

Well, one leading study on the effect of obesity and testosterone found that “obesity [was] the most important determinant of total testosterone over time, with levels 25% lower in obese men when compared to their non-obese counterparts.” (Emphasis mine)

Sounds like obesity is a huge testosterone killer to me…

4. Exercise

Wait a minute…so you’re saying that exercise is a testosterone killer?

Yes…and no.

Lack of exercise, overexercising, or the wrong kind of exercising will actually hurt your testosterone levels, not help them. See, a lot of people think they can simply go to the gym and “work out” and they’ll increase their testosterone levels…and they are sadly mistaken. Working out to increase testosterone levels takes a certain kind of workout and if you’re not doing it, chances are, you’re killing your testosterone…slowly but surely.

So what’s the perfect workout to increase testosterone?

I’m actually putting together a workout plan to increase testosterone right now, but until I get it ready, just try and focus on complex workouts - workouts that require a lot of different muscle groups, like squats, bench presses, military presses, etc.

Your best bet would be to keep checking back at ThisIsMyHealth.com, and pick up the testosterone workout plan and the testosterone diet plan when I release them. They’re both absolutely free and a great way to increase your testosterone and your semen volume.

3. Dieting

Dieting is a good thing, right?

Yes….if you do it right.

If you’re on a diet right now, let me first say “Congratulations!” You’ve taken a great step forward in staying healthy and living longer. Just make sure you remember one very important fact - don’t starve yourself!

Starving yourself, cutting too many calories, going on a “crash” diet - all these cause your body to go into “starvation” mode, and when that happens your body responds by cutting off all non-essential productions, including…you guessed it, the production of testosterone.

Diets are okay, in fact they’re more than okay, they are great! Just make sure you take it slow and diet wisely…don’t lose more than a pound or two a week. Six-pack abs are great, but not if you have to sacrifice your testosterone to get them.

Fact is, if you want to keep your testosterone high AND lose some weight, there’s really only one diet plan that can help you accomplish that. It’s called the Mediterranean Diet and you can learn more about by “Google-ing” it, or by picking up the free testosterone diet plan I’m currently putting together. It will feature recipes and a breakdown of the best foods to eat to increase your testosterone levels.Look for it at ThisIsMyHealth.com.

2. Lack of sleep

Compared to some of the other testosterone killers on this list, lack of sleep might look pretty tame…but don’t let appearances fool you - lack of sleep is one of the biggest testosterone killers out there.

Why?

Simply because it affects so many people - bodybuilders, businessmen, blue-collar, white-collar, single, married - no one escapes its grasp. In fact, a sleep study conducted in 2002, found that 74% of adults did not get enough sleep every night…that’s 3 out of 4 adults and that was 6 years ago! I’m guessing those statistics haven’t gone anywhere but up since then.

Lack of sleep, or sleep problems, was estimated to be the #1 health problem in the States ten years ago, and that was before “terror alerts”, a failing economy, hurricanes and everything else that has happened in the last ten years…

So how does sleep, or the lack of it, affect your testosterone?

In a LOT of ways.

Your body does most of its testosterone production while you are sleeping, so if you aren’t getting enough sleep - enough uninterrupted sleep - your body isn’t able to produce as much testosterone as it should be able to. This means decreased testosterone levels, decreased sex drive, and increased erectile dsyfunction…all bad things for a man who wants more semen volume and more sex.

I’ll be writing a separate post on the importance of sleep and the consequences of not getting enough very soon, so keep an eye out for it. For now, just realize that one of the quickest ways you can increase your testosterone, semen volume, and sperm volume is by getting a good night’s sleep.

1. Stress

Last year the American Psychological Association released a statistic stating that 1 in 3 Americans were “extremely stressed”, meaning they experienced so much stress that it interfered with their work, productivity, and even their eating habits. I’m no expert, but I’m willing to bet those numbers have gone up since last year…and I’m guessing that the number of people experiencing moderate to extreme stress has probably gone up substantially as well.

Fact is, we all experience stress at one time or another, and I’m sure we’ve all experienced “extreme stress” at some point in our life, many of us probably more than once. So why is stress the number one testosterone killer?

Because it’s the hardest to spot…because honestly, when we as guys are faced with stress, we usually gloss over it, or refuse to deal with it, and so it builds up inside of us, slowly killing off all of our testosterone, and most of the time we don’t even notice.

What happens is this: when your body experiences stress, it causes what is commonly referred to as the “fight or flight” syndrome, and your body releases adrenaline and cortisol to prepare. Cortisol increases blood sugar and blood pressure in response to stressors and it also shuts down certain non-essential productions, including…..testosterone. Prolonged stress can actually damage your immune system and your entire health, not to mention leaving your testosterone in the gutter.

I will be discussing more about stress and testosterone in a separate post, including where stress comes from and how to deal with it best, so keep an eye out for that post.

So where do you go from here? Well first off, take an honest look at what bad habits from this list you see in your own life and decide which ones you’re willing to get rid of…then start getting rid of them. A couple great choices to start with are (a. adding ZMA and/or Volume Pills to your daily regimen and (b. starting to eat a more “ejaculation friendly” diet, like the Mediterranean diet (which you can find here).
